Please join the women of Communion Church for a 7-week study. Groups will be offered Monday 4/8-5/13 at 6:30-8p — no childcare available Mondays — and Friday 4/12-5/17 at 10-11:30a with childcare available. We will be working through the book ‘(A)TYPICAL WOMAN: Free, Whole, and Called in Christ’ by Abigail Dodds. Book cost is $10 — please sign up now so we get enough books ordered, also to help us plan for childcare needs.
Women’s studies on the topic of womanhood can be tiresome and full of opinion, making the importance of women smaller or more exaggerated than it really is. The purpose of this study is not to belittle womanhood nor is it to glorify it. The purpose of this study is to discover what it means to be a woman through the lens of Scripture, to learn how our womanhood is an essential part of the mission of Christ. Please join us as we discover for the first time or are reminded again what life in Christ as a woman looks like — Free, Whole, and Called in Christ.

APRIL 21 — Baby Celebration
Ladies, join us Sunday April 21 after service — 12-2p — for a Baby Celebration! We will celebrate with Angel Callis, Petra Lasc, Abigail Rinas, and Madeline Siedenburg as they get ready to welcome new babies into their families. We will celebrate them with fellowship and a Potluck Salad Lunch — sign up below.

ABOUT Women’s Ministry
Communion Church Women’s Ministry is lead by a group of wonderful ladies — Esther Fikkert, Kim Griffith, Juliet Powers and Nicole Latulippe. The aim of the women’s ministry at Communion Church is to encourage women to embrace the Gospel in their daily lives. To point them to knowing Christ better through Bible study, prayer, fellowship and service to others both inside and outside of the church body.
