We all struggle to pray well. Our attention spans are lower than ever, and the chaos and speed of life is crippling our prayers. But there is hope. For millennia, Christians have prayed and struggled to pray. For the heroes of our faith, prayer was both a profound delight, and a lifeline in times of trouble. 

In this five-week series, we will use the Psalms as a framework to teach us about prayer, we will look at the Gospels to see how Jesus prayed, and we will look at practical tools to help us pray better.
