Last month, we hosted a Media Trauma workshop to talk through the issues of technology, social media, and anxiety. Since it was a workshop (rather than a lecture), the audio had to be trimmed up, but we believe that the result is well worth listening to. It was great to have someone with Jenny’s expertise to help us navigate this complicated issue.
