Sunday September 8 we will meet at 10:30a for service followed by an all-church picnic potluck (see sign-up details below) and baptisms and a celebratory church anniversary dessert. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, hats and enjoy this time of worship and fellowship together.
Anniversary Picnic
We will be having street tacos and need your help filling in some of the sides and toppings. Church will provide a variety of protein fillings, corn tortillas, a cooler of drinks and anniversary cupcakes! Please check out the sign up to see what your family can contribute and join us for an afternoon celebrating all that Communion Church has become.
TIP: UNLIKE MOST OF OUR POTLUCKS, YOU SHOULD PLAN TO BRING ENOUGH TO PROVIDE YOUR ITEM FOR THE WHOLE GROUP. ESPECIALLY ANY ITEM WHERE ONLY ONE PERSON IS PLANNING TO BRING IT. As always, we need set-up and clean-up helpers. If you are able to commit to a shift, please sign up.

Big Lake Historical Park is located just across the street from 16918 Lakeview Blvd. Mount Vernon. Map this address and join us across the street. Parking lot is available.
