EQUIP | God’s Good Plan
Who am I?
This is a loaded question; one that is made up of a number of underlying questions, one of the most important being: how do I know who I am — or who I am supposed to be? In philosophy, this is the field of epistemology, or the theory of knowledge. In our modern world, we have come to some theories of knowledge that are often assumed in our search for truth. We bring these assumptions to God and to His Word when we read it. Instead of allowing the Creator of the universe to be the ultimate source for truth, we use our preconceptions to challenge Him.
In the EQUIP series, we are simply going to look at how the Biblical narrative describes God’s good plan. Without caveats, or engaging modern arguments, we will lay out how God designed the world to function and what He calls very good. Rather than being known for what we are against, we will define what we are for, allowing God’s revelation to be the foundation of our worldview.
