Summary
In these polarizing times, we are encouraged to take sides and to reject the opposition. The Bible gives us another option: pray. When we pray for our seeming ‘enemies’ it helps us to see them as citizens (just like us) who are sinful (just like us) and need Jesus (just like us). This re-centers us on what truly matters: who we are in relation to God.
