Summary
Underlying all doubt and fear is the question: what if? When it comes to God, that question applies to whether or not God will finish what He has started. Will He fulfill His promises? The doctrine of IMMUTABILITY is a rock for us in this, assuring us that God does not change in relation to His plan, His people, or His promises.
