Summary
The book of Job ends with an epilogue of sorts, showing us how each of the characters were affected by God’s self-revelation. It is important to the greater narrative, because in it we see that all of God’s actions, including allowing suffering, rebuke, and the process of repentance, all lead to restoration. We are focused on what is happening in the moment, but God is always working with the end in mind.
