Summary
Paul calls us to work out as God works in. He encourages the Philippian church to take seriously the life that they are living in response to the gospel. He then gives us some of the ways that we work against God through grumbling, pursuing our own wisdom, and chasing our own glory. The good news is, he doesn’t give up on us. We should rejoice in the fact that God chooses to work through broken people like us to display His love to the world.
