Summary
Jesus continues to pray to the Father and for His people. As He is leaving, He prays to the Father to continue the work of redemption, particularly keeping them and sanctifying them. Jesus knows that His people do not have the ability to do the work of keeping and sanctifying on their own. God is the one who will do the work; His people need to learn how to respond appropriately.
