The Cost to Us

Summary

Their is a Cost to discipleship. While this cost comes on the heels of great reward, it nonetheless requires sacrifice. As we think through the value of the gift of Jesus Christ, we must consider what we would joyfully set aside with but a glimpse of the fullness of grace. What we would give up to have the treasure (as the parable of the treasure in the field describes it), defines the value of the treasure.
