Summary
As we work through the book of Hebrews, we have been confronted with some foreign ideas about blood, death, and atonement. These are all references to the ritual of sacrifice that God laid out for His people in the Old testament. Before we enter into the next section that connects these all to Jesus, we are going to spend some time in Leviticus looking at how all of this helped the people to understand their relation to God.
