Summary
The dwelling place of God is with man. This is established in Genesis, repeated in the covenant, and revealed to us in the New Heavens and New Earth in Revelation 21. As a placeholder, God gives His people the tabernacle to reveal the reality of holiness, sin and the need for redemption. All of this is to prepare God’s people for the coming Messiah!
