Summary
Joseph is in prison through no fault of his own. Many times in this chapter we see the phrase: some time passes. As Joseph waits, works, and worships, he is eager for God’s plan to unfold. We see in this chapter that while God is present and working in the world, He is often not doing it in the way or at the speed we would like. This leaves us asking: where is God? This story reminds us that He never leaves us or forsakes us.
