Who shall contend with the Almighty?

Summary

God speaks. This whole book, Job has been pleading with God to answer Him; to make sense of his situation. When God finally does speak, Job gets more than he bargained for. God’s response to Job makes it clear that Job does not have the wisdom to put God on trial. More than that, he does not understand the foe he is up against. These two things combined: Job’s weakness and the power of sin, create a need for a Savior.
